UNDERSTANDING ANGER-
1.If you loose control of yourself and get angry it takes >24 hrs for CNS to get back to normal and 72hrs for hormones to come back to normal.
2.U only harm yourself by getting angry
3.If u think it is necessary to show anger to get things done-fake it-U don’t get harmed and things are done
